The Dreamboarders website project began as a promotional platform for our meditation app but evolved into a comprehensive digital presence for our expanding services. This case study showcases the development of a visually striking, functional, and innovative website that aligns with our brand identity while incorporating cutting-edge web design techniques.
The project started with a single-page website to promote the Dreamboarders app. Working alongside animator and developer Paulus Hendrix, we pioneered the use of Lottie animations within Webflow, controlled by scroll interactions. This resulted in a sleek, highly unique website with elegant animations that narrate our story in an engaging manner. A notable design feature is the unconventional placement of the logo and menu in the corners, allowing content to flow freely between them. The color scheme dynamically adapts to the background, enhancing the visual experience.
As the business grew to include live sessions and personal coaching, the website expanded to accommodate these new offerings. We developed additional pages to effectively communicate our expanded range of services, maintaining the established aesthetic while adapting to new content requirements.
To provide a more comprehensive view of our method and services, we organized an extensive photo and video shoot. This production involved over 15 models and a full camera crew, with sessions taking place at the Roos and the Jakarta hotel. The resulting visual assets were crucial in bringing our brand to life and showcasing our activities to potential clients and business partners.
The product page stands out for its innovative use of Lottie animations integrated with scroll navigation, creating an interactive and engaging user experience. To streamline our operations, we implemented the Foursquare booking system directly into the website, facilitating a smooth reservation process for our customers.
Throughout the project, our goal was to create a unique yet functional design that balanced spiritual elements with a professional aesthetic. We subtly integrated the blue/magenta color scheme from our logo and app into a more corporate identity, resulting in a website that feels both approachable and credible.
